Ceramic discharge metal halide (CDM) lamps gives a light spectrum that’s much closer to natural sunlight than typical High Intensity Discharge (HID) systems. These state of the art bulbs make a greater level of useable plant light.
They have a low power usage and heat output and they make a very high quality end product. The ‘daylight’ lamp, with a colour temperature of 4200K, gives strong vegetative growth.
Although these bulbs will work in any 315W cmh/cdm ballast, Lumii produce their own unit named Lumii Solar Ballast.
