We have created/designed our website to be easy to navigate around, It's as simple as adding an item to your cart, once you've finished adding items proceed to our checkout page and follow on the on screen instructions. If you sign up to our website it will save you the hassle of typing out your information every time you order. When ordering please try to give as much information as possible as it helps us out in the long run!

Standard - €9.00 (DPD/FASTWAY)
Pallet - €60.00
*Van Delivery (late evening/night or early morning) - Price varies depending on location

Packaging & Delivery 

When you buy our goods, items are always packed very discreetly and no mention of our shop name or the type of goods inside will be visible. Goods are sent using a trusted courier service as standard. Items are sent to your door.

If no one is in to receive the goods, then the courier will normally re-attempt delivery twice before returning your order to us. In this instance we may need to charge for re-delivery.

Eligibility

• You have [30] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Certain items such as clearance items] are non-returnable.

Proof of Purchase

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email).

REFUND POLICY

Processing:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return.
• We will notify you immediately on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5 - 7 business days.

Shipping Costs 

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
