Hydro A & B is a highly concentrated mineral base plant nutrition for use during the plant’s grow and flowering phase. It contains all trace elements in a quickly absorbable (chelated) form. Hydro A is rich in calcium which helps the plant against heat stress. Hydro B contains magnesium which enhances the production of chlorophyll, making it an indispensable building material enabling the plant to grow. Hydro A & B complement each other resulting in a complete combination of nutrients. Hydro A & B can be used on all types of inert substrates.
When you grow hydroponic, you have complete control over the EC and pH values. You are responsible for the pH value, and you determine the EC (nutrient) value. Because of the clever composition of nutrients in Hydro A & B, you can respond very precisely to the requirements of your plant.
With a mixing ratio of 1:400, Hydro A & B is more concentrated than similar products from other brands. This makes it more economical to use. With 1 liter of Hydro A & B, you make as much as 400 liters of nutrient water.
Hydro A & B contains all trace elements in a high-quality, quickly absorbable (chelated) form. This allows the plant to develop optimally even when the pH is not ideal or the soil temperature is too low.
Shake well before use. Add a maximum of 2.5 ml Hydro A per liter water (1:400). With every application of Hydro A use the same quantity of Hydro B. Use this solution each time the plants are irrigated.

Hydro A & B can be stored for four days after it has been mixed with water. Do monitor the pH value, as this will probably start to slowly increase. Make sure that no organic products have been mixed into the solution, as they can start to spoil after just 48 hours. Also ensure the solution is kept moving (circulation pump) and that the tank is clean before you mix the solution.
Yes, you should regulate the pH value and EC values when growing with 100% HYDRO. Hydro A & B already adjust these values in your nutrient solution. However, tap water doesn’t have the same pH and EC value everywhere. We recommend a pH value between 5.5 and 6.5. You can adjust this with pH Plus or pH Min. The correct EC value differs for each plant species and its grow or bloom phase. Use our 100% HYDRO Grow Schedule to find out which EC value best fits your plant.
