Grodan Rockwool Grow Cubes, 1cm square cubes of Grodan rockwool. Clean, lightweight and well aerated. Ideal for passive growing in pots or use in the Wilma system. Mix with clay for a well aerated, free draining hydroponic growing medium.

Rockwool is an inert starting medium made out of spun mineral wool. These mini cubes are good for use on their own as a hydroponic rooting medium. Or added to other mediums such as clay pebbles to create your own mix.
Rockwool provides a fibrous structure which holds a lot of water and air for plants to root into. The small cube size allows quick drainage and lots of space for air to provide oxygen for the roots.
