AutoPot FlexiPots fits an AutoPot XL tray. They allows you to combine AutoPot power-free, water efficient, low maintenance, modular systems with high performance fabric pots for the first time.
FlexiPots stimulate plant growth by aerating, feeding and guiding the root growth rather than merely holding it. The porous BPA-free, lead free FlexiPot allows improved gas exchange in the substrate. Free to breathe, the root zone can see higher oxygen levels. In turn, supercharging growth.
'Air pruning' occurs when root tips reach the side of a Pot. Secondary roots then develop, creating a fibrous root structure with improved moisture and nutrient uptake. By stopping root circling, plants in smaller pots can also grow larger.
Durable and reusable, the FlexiPots are easily cleaned between uses. After emptying the FlexiPots, you should let them dry. After a few days, any dust and roots can be brushed off.
Whilst this level of cleaning is good, the FlexiPot may be machine or tub washed in peroxide in order to sterilize. Do not put FlexiPots in a tumble dryer.
Providing root control for FlexiPots with an AutoPot System requires fitting a Round PotSock beneath the base of each pot.
Furthermore, a lot of FlexiPots indoors can increase the room's humidity thanks to the exposed fabric pot surfaces.
